How My Sessions Work

Every project is unique, so I’ve built my process to stay flexible while keeping things clear and professional. Here’s the general flow:


Session Fee (Retainer)

Paid upfront to secure your date. This covers my time, planning, and a base set of deliverables.

Deliverables

You can choose additional images, video edits, or rush options depending on your needs.

Usage Licensing

Personal usage is included by default. Commercial or extended usage (ads, resale, campaigns) requires a licensing fee.

Incidentals

Extras like travel, props, wardrobe, or location rentals are invoiced after the session.

Final Payment

Editing begins once all balances are cleared. Final deliverables are released when the project is fully paid.

Mastered Images go through 5-8 rounds of editing over 5 programs.

10 High End Retouch Image Package | $225/ten

Only Receive Touch-Ups and Color Grading. Only available in sets of 10, 20, 30, etc.


Video

Full Edits | $350/min

Highlight Strips | $150/min

Aesthetic Clips | $45

In-Depth Edit Requests & Revision | $35/image

(beyond normal scope of editing)

Client Reschedule Fee | $50-$150
