Where are you eloping? City, region, country — and if you have a specific venue or landmark in mind, share that too.

Is there anything I should know about the location? Access restrictions, terrain, weather patterns, permits — anything that might shape how we shoot.

Have you been to this location before, or is this your first time?

What are your travel dates? How long will you be in the area?

Where are you traveling from?

Would you say your special day feels more casual or formal?

Walk me through how you see the day unfolding. Ceremony time, golden hour plans, dinner after — whatever you've mapped out so far. Even if it's loose, I can work with it.

Are we having any special gatherings outside of the elopement itself? Welcome dinner, day-after brunch, adventure day — anything I should know about or be there for.

Will anyone else be there, or is this just the two of you? If guests are attending, how many?

Do you have an officiant arranged?

Are you writing your own vows? If so, would you like that commemorated in any particular way?

What are you each wearing? And how are you getting it there — carrying on, shipping ahead, buying locally?

Do you have hair and makeup arranged at your destination? If not, I can help connect you with someone.

Are there any colors, textures, or details you're drawn to for the day?

The Photos

If these photographs could hold one feeling — just one — what would it be? It can be anything.

Have either of you done a professional photoshoot before? How did it feel?

Are you more drawn to images that feel playful and alive — or heavy, still, and romantic? Both is a valid answer.

Do you lean toward color or black and white?

Are you open to getting a little adventurous — wind, water, sand, dirt, climbing something you probably shouldn't?

Logistics

What's your overall budget for photography coverage?

Do you have a day-of schedule mapped out yet?

Do you have a backup plan if weather doesn't cooperate? If not, we'll build one together.

Names to know — anyone involved in the day I should have on my radar? Officiant, planner, florist, videographer, anyone. You can fill this in later if you don't have it yet.
