I collect only the information needed to schedule sessions, deliver galleries, & process payments. This may include your name, email, booking details, & gallery login information. I do not collect tracking data or sell your information.
Client information is used exclusively for scheduling, communication, gallery delivery, & invoicing. I do not sell, rent, or trade client data, nor do I share personal information with third parties except where necessary to deliver core services such as payment processing or gallery hosting.
Contact details, booking records, & invoices are kept for business & legal obligations. Delivered files & backups are archived unless you request deletion. By request, I will make every effort to remove all copies from active & backup storage systems within 30 days.
I respect every client’s trust. Privacy, professionalism, & dignity guide all of my work. Content is never mishandled, shared, or displayed outside the boundaries of your consent.
You may request access to your data, corrections, or permanent deletion of galleries & content we created together. I honor these requests promptly and make every effort to ensure files are fully removed from publication within my control, as well as active & backup systems within 30 days.
For sessions involving youth, guardian consent is required. A guardian must be present on set.
All minor galleries default to private mode with password access. Images not selected for delivery are deleted as part of my standard process. Images of minors are only published/posted with guardian consent. Guardians may request gallery or file deletion which will be fulfilled within 30 days.
All content is delivered through password-protected galleries. Online galleries are guaranteed for 3 months after delivery. After that period, galleries may be deleted or archived at my discretion. Seasonally, all galleries are reviewed for archival or removal. It is the client’s responsibility to download & store their files after delivery. I hold no responsibility for maintaining files beyond the guaranteed 3-month gallery hosting period.
All assistants, stylists, or other team members working under Rook Barber Photography are bound by confidentiality. No behind-the-scenes content, client materials, or private correspondence will be shared publicly without written consent.
By default, no content from sessions that classify as sensitive in nature is shared, published, or displayed without your explicit written consent. Sensitive content is destroyed once delivery is complete but may take up to 3 to 6 months, allowing me adequate time to carry out the deletion process. At any time, you may request deletion, and I will make every reasonable effort to expedite the removal process
Clients agree not to make public statements, posts, or claims that misrepresent Rook Barber Photography’s work, conduct, or business practices. Rook Barber Photography agrees to reciprocate that same respect and practice. All disputes will be resolved privately under the arbitration terms outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
